'START' on your fax when you hear the call answered by the Sales
Assistants voice.
3) If your call is made after business hours, wait
for the answering machine to request a verbal message. Wait for the
message prompt request, then press 'START'.
* You can order from our site by fax 24 hours a day, whether during
business hours or when the shop is closed.

Overseas purchases do not attract the 10% goods and services tax
(GST).
Freight Charges
Freight charges within Australia will be at the current
Australia. Post rates. We are happy to accept overseas orders.
Concepts of the Mall charges you only the cost incurred
from Australia Post. We DO NOT add any costs for 'handling', as seen
in many Mail order or other Internet shopping sites.
The only costs incurred by the customer is; the postal fee (dependant
on weight and size of the parcel) to the nominated destination, the
Insurance component, and any postal bags (where needed).
IE: What Australia Post charges us is all you pay for postage.
POSTAGE WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Where possible, we try to send orders using Australia Post 'EXPRESS
DELIVERY' bags up to 3 kg. For example ONE pair of slippers usually
fit into these bags. The cost of these are $10.00 AUD including
delivery.
POSTAGE OVERSEAS
ECONOMY AIR MAIL is the most used form of postage. Postage time
usually takes approx. 10-14 working days to reach any destination in
the world. A typical delivery to the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
of a pair of MEDIUM sized slippers (under 500gms) via normal air mail
costs around $23.25 AUD including insurance and
postal bag.
ECI (Express Courier International)
is one option that can get your purchase to an overseas destination
usually in 5 -7 working days (depending on flights and time of year,
says Australia Post) But at a cost!! For Example, the same pair
of MEDIUM sized slippers (under 500gms) to the UNITED STATES OF
AMERICA would cost around $45.50 AUD using ECI. UK is
usually slightly more, coming in at $47.50 AUD for our MEDIUM size
(under 500gms) ....ECI is more expensive, but it could get you some
bonus points with the partner !!
MULTIPLE PAIRS does not
necessarily mean double the postage, as an initial fee component is
charged per package. In some instances 3 pairs of slippers can
fit in a postal bag, at a little over double the postage normally
charged for one pair.
Please note, this amount will vary depending on the weight and size
of the parcel and the examples should be used only as a guide given to
us by
AUSTRALIA POST.
Insurance
Unless specified by the customer, ALL outgoing deliveries are insured.
$7.85 for the first $100 AUD value of item, then a further $2 AUD for
each $100 after that. When postal insurance is so cheap, it is
standard procedure.
Returns Policy
We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. If the goods are
returned unmarked and in the original condition within 14 days of the
original postage date (30 for overseas customers), the FULL original
cost of the stock will be credited (no credits will be given on the
freight component). The freight costs incurred returning the items are
the responsibility of the customer.
Typical Order
Scenario
*Email/orders are checked
every morning and throughout the day the shop is open.
1)Order is received and confirmation is usually sent out to the customer at this
time (unless ECI Postage is requested, and then we prioritise getting
the stock out) . Giving dispatch date and approx postage cost if requested.
2)Stock is often sent out the same day, or the next trading day ( I.e.: weekday when Post Office
is open).
*Where an item is temporarily out of stock an ETA in-store will be
given.
3)Confirmation Emails are sent to customer after day of dispatch,
stating
a) Final charge of postage,
b) Expected delivery date.
**Fax monitored constantly during trading
hours. If the order is received prior to 11 AM may be dispatched same
day.
Gift Wrapping
We are happy to gift wrap
your purchase at no extra charge if requested. Furthermore, we are
happy to send the item direct to your nominated recipient. Saving time
and money if it is purchased from the USA for a gift in Australia or
vice-versa.
Maybe even addressed to your nominated receiver....Imagine the thrill
of receiving a parcel from Australia !! (No costs regarding the goods
will be detailed within the parcel).
